Behind the Suit
Buell Wetsuits & Surf was established in 2008 by wetsuit industry veteran and Santa Cruz, California local Ryan Buell. He has designing and testing wetsuits for almost two decades and is known for inventing the slant zip entry system we see on most high-quality wetsuits today. Ryan dedicated Buell wetsuits to support the surf scene on a global scale, and his expertise is trusted by high-performance athletes who rely on technical wetsuits that will last through a good beating.
